Inspired by Theodore Roosevelt’s call to “step boldly into the arena,” we believe that true leadership is not about avoiding struggle—it’s about embracing it with faith, courage, and resilience.

Rooted in Catholic identity and built on decades of real-world experience, our coaching equips principals with practical tools, actionable strategies, and spiritual grounding to lead their schools with clarity and joy. Whether through one-on-one coaching, small group cohorts, or immersive workshops, we help leaders remain mission-driven, hope-filled, and resilient in service to their communities.

1:1 Coaching

  • A 90-minute discovery session to uncover your leadership strengths, challenges, and goals

  • Bi-weekly or monthly 60-minute sessions that fit your schedule

  • Access to my curated book resources, reflection exercises, and practical tools

  • Email support between sessions to keep momentum going

You’ll leave each session with actionable insights, renewed focus, and a clear plan to navigate transitions, crises, or the day-to-day demands of your role with confidence.

In the Arena Circles

Grow Stronger Through Peer Support

Leading alone can be isolating. In the Arena Circles are small, intimate cohorts of 5–8 principals who come together monthly to reflect, learn, and hold each other accountable. This program combines peer wisdom, practical leadership tools, and faith-based guidance—so you’re never facing challenges alone.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Monthly 90-minute virtual sessions focused on chapter-based discussions from In the Arena

  • Actionable strategies to apply immediately in your school

  • Ongoing support through a private online community

  • Accountability partners to help you follow through on goals

 

 

 

The Result:
You’ll feel connected, supported, and empowered—gaining both practical solutions and the confidence to lead with faith and courage.

Staying in the Arena

 Lead with Faith. Grow with Courage. Stay in the Arena.
Staying in the Arena is a six-month coaching journey that walks principals through the realities of leadership with faith, courage, and purpose. Each month focuses on a core leadership theme, helping you grow stronger, more resilient, and mission-driven.

 

 

​What You’ll Gain:

  • Six monthly coaching sessions focused on core leadership themes: self-awareness, mission alignment, resilience, relationship-building, courage, and sustaining joy

  • Practical strategies and tools to apply immediately in your school

  • Ongoing support and reflection through a private online community

  • Guidance and accountability to help you stay grounded in mission and faith

You’ll emerge with renewed confidence, clarity, and joy—equipped to lead boldly, navigate challenges with resilience, and inspire your school community.
