Leading alone can be isolating. In the Arena Circles are small, intimate cohorts of 5–8 principals who come together monthly to reflect, learn, and hold each other accountable. This program combines peer wisdom, practical leadership tools, and faith-based guidance—so you’re never facing challenges alone.

Staying in the Arena is a six-month coaching journey that walks principals through the realities of leadership with faith, courage, and purpose. Each month focuses on a core leadership theme, helping you grow stronger, more resilient, and mission-driven.
