Catholic school principals are some of the most dedicated, faith-filled leaders I've ever known - and they are profoundly alone. They carry impossible expectations, manage with razor-thin margins, navigate conflicts that would break most people, and pour themselves out daily for their communities. Yet when they struggle, when they face their hardest moments, when they need support most, there's often no one standing with them who truly understands.

That isolation is what drives In the Arena Coaching. For seventeen years, I stood in the arena as a Catholic school principal. I led through crisis, through COVID, through impossible decisions and beautiful triumphs. I experienced every challenge Roosevelt described: the dust, the sweat, the daring greatly. Through my doctoral research on Jesuit leadership frameworks and nearly two decades in the principal's chair, I learned what truly sustains Catholic school leaders: authentic accompaniment, both spiritual and practical.

Not platitudes. Not one-size-fits-all solutions. Real support from someone who's been there, who knows the weight of that vocation, who understands that faith and leadership can't be separated in Catholic education.

I work with Catholic school principals and systems-level leaders who want to lead with clarity, courage, and joy - even when it's hard. Especially when it's hard. My coaching integrates Ignatian spirituality with practical leadership development because you deserve both the spiritual grounding and the strategic tools to thrive.

If you're in the arena - tired, tested, still striving - you don't have to stand alone. That's exactly what I'm here for.
